The things that make J'adore different — simply explained.

Simple and transparent — you pay your stylist's hourly rate for the time you reserve. No flat menu prices, no hidden charges. Tax is the only addition.

When booking online, you can add notes and photos so we can get a sense of your hair and goals ahead of time. If we have any questions or concerns about your booking length, we'll give you a call before your appointment.
They're guides, not guarantees — every head of hair is different. Texture, history, and condition all play a role in timing. Your stylist will always keep you in the loop and do their best work within the time you've reserved. If you have questions before your visit, don't hesitate to reach out.

Before You Book

Our Policies

Please read before reserving your time — we appreciate your understanding.

Late Arrival, Cancellation & No Show

At J'adore, we respect your time and our stylists' schedules. When you reserve an appointment, that time is held exclusively for you and is no longer available to another guest.

Adjusting Appointment Length

You are responsible for the full duration of the time you book. If you need to shorten or modify your appointment, changes must be made before the 24-hour window. Requests to reduce your appointment at the time of service will result in a late-cancellation charge of 50% for the unused portion of the reserved time.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

No Shows

Missing an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a No Show and the full fee will apply. Services cannot be extended or discounted due to late arrival. If your stylist is able to move forward, the remaining time will be used to complete as much of the service as possible.

Service Adjustment Policy

We do not offer refunds on services.

Requesting an Adjustment

If you require an adjustment, please contact us within the same week of your appointment. Adjustments are honored within 2 weeks of the original booking.
